My Mission
To guide soul-led women and dreamers back home to themselves —to help them remember their wholeness, trust their truth, and step into the wildly free, fully expressed lives their souls have been whispering about.
My story
I didn’t always live a soul-led life. For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to walk — studying Psychology and Human Nutrition at Saint Francis Xavier University, building a life that looked good on paper. But inside, I felt disconnected, restless, searching for something deeper.
There was always a whisper inside me: There’s more than this.
So I listened.
I left behind the familiar and stepped into the unknown — traveling across the world, working with international nonprofits and humanitarian organizations, standing beside people in their most vulnerable moments.
I witnessed something universal: No matter where we came from, we were all yearning —not just to survive, but to live. To feel. To belong to ourselves again.
Somewhere between the oceans of New Zealand and the open skies of Australia, I discovered energy healing — and it cracked something ancient and true wide open inside me.
Reiki showed me that healing isn’t just physical. It isn’t just mental.
It’s energetic.
It’s soul remembrance.
I received my Reiki Master Teacher certification in 2020.
And with it, I finally remembered what I came here to do: To guide others back to themselves.
